Rhea's Italian Adventure

Yesterday, we took the bus up to the middle school to pick up our new school uniforms. It is so different then Nueva. We even have separate gym clothes.

After that we went to Piazza Michelangelo where there is a beautiful view of the city. Then we walked down from there to the Boboli gardens where we ate lunch and fed the pigeons. When we went into the gardens we were so tired we just had to go home. So we walked down had a gelato and hopped on the bus.

Then my dad went to find the lower school. It is a long way outside of Florence. It took him a half and hour on the bus and then a 20 minute walk. So we decided that we wouldn’t walk there for our first day.

When dad was gone Eliza and I made chocolate mousse. It was delicious.

Today was fun. In the morning we took a double-decker bus around the city. We saw a lot of the city. In the afternoon we went to Fiesole. It is a town outside of Florence on the top of a mountain overlooking the city. We had a yummy lunch. After lunch we did some painting in the park with our new watercolors.
